Terms and Conditions

 Concept Chassis Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, cashier’s checks and cash payments. 

RETURNS - Any item purchased from Concept Chassis Inc. must be returned within 10 business days in the condition that the part was sold. However, if the item exceeds the 10-day period, it may not be eligible for return. If the item is eligible for return, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Customers are expected to include a receipt of their purchase. Also, shipping charges are not refundable. 

NEW CHASSIS ORDERS - All new chassis orders require at least a 50% deposit before the build begins and the remaining deposit upon completion. However, if a chassis order is terminated at any time, the customer must forfeit 50% of their deposit due to the cost of materials and accessories. 

WARRANTY -  Concept Chassis Inc. does not participate in any type of warranty associated with their racing products. All parts are sold as-is. The user shall assume responsibility for all purchases from Concept Chassis Inc. Finally, Concept Chassis Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the use of our products.
